Meet North Birch Grove

Hi There!

My name is Amy Viktoria, A.V for short :-)
I am the artist + owner behind North Birch Grove!

North Birch Grove is the result of working towards establishing myself as a Fine Art Photographer + my dedication to creating innovative artwork + products with my original images as the base.

I wanted to go beyond the scope of selling art in a traditional sense, and began experimenting with the idea of products for the home and office with a functional purpose as well as a beautiful aesthetic, thus North Birch Grove was born!

I graduated from the Alberta College of Art + Design with a Bachelor's in Design + Photography, and began selling my work at local markets shortly after graduating including Market Collective as my first event ever!

My father + I work together designing and building aspects of my art using salvaged local farm wood. I photograph each image myself, and print locally, giving me my base for many products.

I create all magnets, coasters, province wall art, canvas wall hangings, clocks, and jewelry boxes in my home studio here in Canmore Alberta. I choose not to outsource any of my stationery printing further than Canada, and all packaging is done in studio by myself.

North Birch Grove allows me to share my travel and adventure stories alongside the sale of my fine art prints and signature works on wood under one name online.

believes in exploring nature all 365 days of the year.
